My wife and I had an absolutely excellent experience selling our house with Brent and would highly recommend him to anyone. We decided rather abruptly to sell our home on Alki Beach and move to San Francisco.

My kitchen handle broke the day before my house was going on sale and I was leaving that morning so I didn't have time to fix it. Brent fixed it out of his own pocket. ... I contacted Brent after I found his information on the web. What a great choice. My Dad is very ill and had to be placed in full time care and we needed the house to sell in order to afford all the expenses. So this was a very difficult situation as I had to make all discussions and work with crew to get the house ready. Brent was right there and he knows real estate and what sells a home like nobody I have ever talked to before. Brent took his time and met with me several times and told me exactly what I had to do to sell Dads home quickly and the things that attract a buyer and sells a home quickly. Brent was so nice and very caring the entire time. I wish I had more homes and Brent to work with me from the results. After Brent got the staging done which made the house look like a magazine home, it went on the market on Friday. Sunday Brent held an open house. Monday we had two offers one for full asking price and yesterday July 12th Escrow closed and all is done. I was amazed, the house was not listed until the second week of June, sold in two days and is finished. What better and more caring realtor you can find over Brent, I will tell you none...he's the best. Now I have the peace of mind knowing my Dad can be taken care of for years and my travels were from Spokane in getting the house done and been taking care of Dads needs since January, now I have peace and Brent I thank-you....

Brent recently sold our home in West Seattle. We were currently living in another state and he took care of everything VERY professionally. Contact with him between hundreds of emails and phone calls was always met with a very quick response. We had surveyed some other highly rated realtors and ultimately decided to go with him based on his demeanor and ideas about how about to market our home. We did not agree with all his suggestions, and therein lies his greatest strength. His ability to listen, discuss his own experiences, and ultimately leave the decision making to us pressure free. We were able to contact him several times a day if need be and complete everything in a timely manner.

He did a lot of small odds and ends work to save us the hassle of contracting everything out, since we were not on prem to do it ourselves. We were able to get above the asking price, which may or may not have been attributed to hot market, but nonetheless, his staging of our home was surely part of that equation. He invested a lot of time and energy to show our home in its best light and his ideas were well executed.

The closing itself was without hiccup and Brent had no problems explaining multiple times, how the process was going. If we had any questions along the way, he was happy to explain them in a truly professional way. Highly recommended.
